Return Policy

All purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT only if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this set time frame, your order will no longer be eligible for return.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Options are USPS, UPS, and FEDEX.

 

STARKVILLE RETURNS: Simply drop off your return at 500 Russell St. Suite 20, and then email us (shopvaceclothing@gmail.com) or DM us on Instagram (@vaceclothing) that your return has been dropped off. Please give us 1-3 business days to process the return. You will then be emailed a gift certificate that can be used online or in store!

If you are exchanging or wanting to shop around, you will be issued store credit on spot. 

SHIPPING RETURNS BACK: No return authorization is needed, simply ship your item to:

Please include the packing slip with your order but if you do not have access to it anymore please include your name and phone number inside the package.
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you!
HOUSTON RETURNS: Simply drop off your return at The Bus Stop in Houston and then send us an email (shopvaceclothing@gmail.com) or DM us on FB or Instagram letting us know you have dropped it off. After that give us 1-3 business days to process your return and then you will be emailed your store credit. 
FINAL SALE
-Items purchased on sale will not be be eligible for returns
-Final sale items include: all accessories, bralettes, and bodysuits.
If you return an item that is not eligible, the customer is responsible to pay the $5.99 reshipment fee for us to send the item/items back to you.
CONDITION OF INVENTORY
Inventory must be in original condition when returned to us and tags need to still be in tact. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette odor, or stains of any kind will not be accepted. 
DAMAGED INVENTORY
Damaged items must be reported within three days of receiving your order. Please email us at shopvaceclothing@gmail.com and forward us photos of any damages.
